(Prefer Atlanta locals and surrounding area actors but all are welcome) No travel or transportation accommodations are provided.

There are several roles available. All information about the film and the type of compensation is listed on the audition form. This is a non-union small-budget film. Before applying, be sure to read the information on the audition form inits entirety. If you do not follow the audition rules from beginning to end, your submission will not be accepted and we will not contact you. We will not answer any questions pertaining to your audition. Actors do not have to be the exact age of the characters but must be able to pass for the age or age range.

LEAD ROLE

GEMINI COZETTE - (Female; Any ethnicity; Age range 20's - 30's; athletic build, able to do combat choreography or have experience in martial arts or self-defense techniques)

SIDES:

Gemini looks down, gaze full of pain. Wynter knocks the knife
away and pins Gemini to the back of the couch with his
forearm.

WYNTER
Who's is she?

GEMINI
Does it matter?

WYNTER

I gave up my own freedom for yours. I
deserve to know the truth.

GEMINI

That's rich. You can't even imagine
the sacrifices I've made for you. I
asked, no begged you to come with me
and you refused. Would it have made a
difference if you'd known I was
pregnant then.

(Wynter blinks. And eases up on her.)

GEMINI

The truth is, I don't who's she is.
Not for sure.

(Gemini's gaze is full of fear and pain.)

GEMINI

But now Jack has her. I have to get
her back.

WYNTER
We'll get her back.

rifles slung over their backs.
The morning sun is bright.

GEMINI

Are we doing the right thing, Daddy?

(He stoops down to her at eye level.)

PIERCE

We live in a world where we can't be
sure to trust. That's why I'm teaching
you to tap into your power.

(Gemini takes her gun and lies down on the ground.
She lines up a dummy effigy in her sights. She pulls the
trigger and the head explodes like a watermelon.)

PIERCE
Good job. Now the can.

(Gemini shifts ever so slightly. Squeezes the trigger and
flips the can over.)

PIERCE

Excellent. Now the rabbit.

(Gemini hesitates. Pierce turns his finger and thumb into a
gun.)

PIERCE
The rabbit.

(She hesitates again)

PIERCE
The rabbit, Gemini!

ANNA COZETTE - (Female; Any ethnicity; Age range 30's - 50's; athletic to medium build)

SIDES:

Gemini sleeps on the couch. Wynter and Anna talk over coffee

at the kitchen table.

ANNA

Jackson's men just raided my room and
ripped Lilly from my arms. She
screamed for me, and I promised her it
would be okay. But the truth is,
Jackson thinks that's his daughter.

WYNTER

Is she?

ANNA

You know Gemini. With her there's
always more questions than answers.
When she showed up on my doorstep
pregnant she needed a soft place to
fall and she was a shell of the
assassin Jackson seduced and groomed
and who you fell in love with..

WYNTER

Is she going to be okay?

ANNA

Fortunately she's taken a bullet
before. When she finds out Lilly is
missing, I worry about her snapping.

WYNTER
How pregnant was she?

JACKSON ROBERTS - (Male; African-American; Age range 40's - 50's; 6 feet tall or more, medium, or husky build, salt and pepper or all grey hair and facial hair or bald with facial hair")

SIDES:

Gemini runs without end. Blood pounding. Breath in her ears.
She reaches the end of the alley. Deep throated laughter
echos around her. She quickly draws her gun and spins around.
Jackson holds his arms out wide.

JACKSON

Here's your chance darlin'. What are
you waiting for?

(She starts to tremble.)

JACKSON

Is it possible you're not the woman I
thought you were?

(He smiles.)

JACKSON

Oh baby girl, you never stood a
chance.

(Reaching behind his back and draws his gun.)

JACKSON

No worries, I'll raise our daughter
right.

Michael sips his coffee and smokes his cigarette at the
table. He looks up and there stands Lilly.

MICHAEL

Jesus you look just like your mother.
Come here.

(She hangs back.)

MICHAEL

I know you don't know me, but I'm a
friend of your mother's.

(LilLy takes her thumb from her mouth.)

LILLY

Momma told me never to trust her
friends.

MICHAEL

Usually, your momma would be right.
But right now. Until your mom
neutralizes the enemy, your best bet
for safety is with me.

(Lilly straightens her back defiantly.)

LILLY

I am my own best chance for survival.

MICHAEL

You've got your mom's reckless streak
too.

LILLY

Why didn't you free my papaw?

MICHAEL

No time. Decisions had to be made.

LILLY
You're lying.

JJ - (Male; African-American or of mixed ethnicity; Age range 20's - 30's; athletic, medium, or husky build)

SIDES:

The sound of a gun cocking fills the air. Gemini whirls
around, drawing her weapon. It's JJ, with no sign of Lilly in
sight. His glock is drawn.

I swear, I'll never figure out what my
father saw in you.

GEMINI

The real question is, what was it that
I saw in Jackson.

He's a glorified bully. But he
dismisses me for your little brat of a
daughter.

GEMINI
Where is she?!

Interesting, I thought for sure you
would have heard by now.

GEMINI

Quit jerking me around. Where. Is.
She?

(Smiling arrogantly and waving his gun around.)

You're daughter is a lot like you.
She'll stop at nothing to get her way.

photograph, he hands it to Gemini.

GORDON

The family your father left behind for
Anna and you.

GEMINI

And mom double crossed him? Why?

GORDON

Desperate people do desperate things.
Your father had a son he left behind.
And that set all of this in motion.

SIDES:

The surgeon walks out and takes off his mask.

GEMINI
How is he?

SURGEON

He came through surgery but it was

very touch and go. The next forty-
eight hours will determine whether he

makes it or not. Go home, get some
sleep.
